Shipping & Returns
Processing Time: Typically 1-2 weeks, often sooner. This is the time we take to make and fulfill your orders.
USPS Shipping: 2-5 business days (Delayed shipping can happen during holiday).
Tracking Your Order: An email notification will be sent once the order has been shipped with tracking info. In case of lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please reach out to tanuki. We will make things right for you!
In case of incorrectly entered shipping addresses, please contact tanuki at earliest convenience. Addresses can be corrected before shipping. For orders already shipped to incorrect addresses, please contact shipping carriers for resolutions.
- Important: Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided. Please pay attention to the address boxes when placing orders. Any package returned to tanuki due to an invalid address supplied by a customer will have its shipping cost billed to the customer. Refunds will not be issued for items shipped to an incorrect address.
Due to the custom nature of tanuki products, only items not fabricated at the time of a cancellation request are eligible for refunds. Cancellation requests after items are made/shipped will not be granted.
We do not ship internationally at this moment.
Yes! All unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact tanuki for return instructions and return shipping labels. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned items.
All items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
Returns can be converted to store credit for future purchases.
Once a return is received and confirmed by tanuki, we will process the refund and send out an email notification within 5 business days. Exact time for the refunds to be posted depends on your banks.
